Description

After the death of her long-time partner, and a scandal at the school where she taught music and art, Janice Halston emerged as a shadow of herself. Feeling shaken, cautious and artistically blocked, all she wants is to be left alone to tend her gardens.

Tam Murphy lost her wife and son within a short time of each other. Her life now revolves around her daughter Mae, and granddaughter, Ocee, hoping they can help fill the void from her losses.

Janice and Tam are brought together by the precocious Ocee. As their friendship deepens, so do their feelings for each other.  Their deepening feelings send both women spiraling…in different directions. One toward what could be, the other away from fear of another loss. Will their spirals lead them back to each other, or further apart?
